Role: We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple data-centric projects at a banking institution. This includes managing dependencies and ensuring smooth workflows between four key projects: DACO (Data Loading), DAFA (Data Factory for Data Product Creation), SCCORE (Statistical Data Product Creation), and DADI (Data Distribution). The Project Manager will collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and leadership to align projects with goals, manage risks, and maintain delivery standards. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, with an emphasis on fostering collaboration and resolving issues across projects.

Must-Have Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software development, particularly in IT or data-related projects.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and the specifics of managing IT projects.
• Proficiency in Lithuanian and English (at least B2 level) for effective communication with local and international stakeholders.
• Leadership, integrity, and negotiation skills to manage stakeholders and drive project success.
• Experience managing project dependencies and flow between multiple related projects.
• Stakeholder management skills with the ability to credibly challenge and guide project teams.
• Preferred Requirements:
• Experience with financial or government sectors, particularly within Lithuanian banking or public sector projects.

Role: We are seeking two Senior Symfony + Sylius Developers for a 3-4 month project focused on building and optimizing a Sylius-based e-commerce platform for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems. This role involves key contributions to the development of a robust and scalable omnichannel solution, including integrations with various tools and services such as Redis, RabbitMQ, and Cloudflare. There is potential for extension based on project progress and performance.

Must-Have Requirements:

• Expertise in Symfony and Sylius frameworks.
• Proficiency in MySQL for database management.
• Familiarity with Redis and RabbitMQ for data processing and messaging.
• Experience with Swagger for API documentation and testing.
• Knowledge of Varnish for caching optimization.
• Familiarity with Cloudflare for performance and security management.
• Experience with SearchNode or similar search technologies.
• English language skills
• Preferred Requirements:
• Prior experience with e-commerce or omnichannel projects.
• Demonstrated ability in building high-performance, scalable applications with complex integrations.

Skills and Competencies:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a cloud security role, with a proven track record of designing and implementing secure cloud solutions.
• Proficiency in cloud security principles, architecture, and governance.
• In-depth knowledge of major cloud service providers and ideal hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Knowledge of design patterns for secure and scalable cloud solutions.
• Familiarity with common security architecture and cloud security frameworks such as NIST, GDPR, TOGAF, and ISO Standards
• Exposure to Artificial Intelligence in the context of cloud security.
• Strong initiative and ability to lead cybersecurity projects.

Education:
