Senior Technical HCM Oracle Specialist | Contract

Responsibilities:

Task regarding the Implementation of Oracle Compensation.

Senior Technical HCM Oracle Specialist:

• Set up the Compensation and workforce compensation configuration based on Danske Bank (DB) requirements.
• Prepare and execute data loading activities.
• Participating in UAT with a focus on bug fixing.
• Guide the Area to ensure the best possible configuration, taking DB requirements into consideration while not adding unnecessary complexity and customizations.
• Documentation.
• Knowledge share and Hand-over the solution to the Danske Bank Team.

Requirements:

Oracle HCM Core and Oracle HCM Compensation

• Senior technical HCM specialist with specific experience in Compensation. Preferably 6+ years of Compensation-specific experience and at least 2 successful Compensation implementations completed previously.
• Preferably, experience implementing Oracle Compensation in another European-based company.
