Senior Full-Stack Engineer (.NET)

Role Overview

The Senior Full-Stack Engineer plays a key role in designing and implementing modern digital solutions. This position focuses on creating intuitive, visually refined, and technically robust products for enterprise-level clients. The engineer works closely with product, UX, and engineering teams, combining diverse expertise to tackle complex technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Develops high-quality software solutions across various client projects.

Collaborates with team members to organize priorities, timelines, and deliverables.

Evaluates tools, frameworks, and architectural approaches to determine the best fit for new assignments.

Shares technical knowledge and promotes best engineering practices within the team and the wider organization.

Stays informed about technological advancements and industry trends.

Contributes effectively within collaborative team settings while also working independently toward defined goals.

Provides mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.

Required Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English (B1+ level).

Extensive experience developing backend services using C# and .NET.

High standards for code quality, including unit testing, peer testing, and code reviews.

Proficiency with at least one modern front-end framework.

Experience working in Azure cloud environments, with strong database knowledge and familiarity with Agile development.
