Scrum Master / QA Engineer | Contract (Lithuania Only)

For our Client from the telecom sector, we are looking for a Remote Scrum Master / QA Engineer.

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania

Work Model: Remote in Lithuania ONLY

We are looking for a hands-on QA Engineer combined with Scrum Master responsibilities to join our online team.

The role includes:

• Performing both manual and automated testing (test case creation, execution, and follow-up).
• Understanding dependent systems and validating integrations end-to-end.
• Maintaining and monitoring test environments to ensure service availability.
• Coordinating with dependent teams to secure and validate test data.
• Supporting production stability by analyzing incidents, reproducing issues, and providing clear defect descriptions to developers.
• Driving agile ways of working, facilitating retrospectives, and ensuring Scrum processes are followed.
