You will play a major part in driving the future development of SME Finance Group financial products in Europe making Lithuania a global leading country in small and medium enterprises financing.


In this role you will:

  • Take responsibility to develop digital application flow for SME ecosystem companies;
  • Reimagine journeys with cross functional teams and manage collaborating across functions to build truly seamless end-to-end journeys;
  • Focus on delivery through collaboration, ability to bring people together to work towards the same purpose. You like to connect people and clear communication is a matter-of-course for you;
  • Manage all aspects of product, including stakeholder feedback, requirements, and issues;
  • Maintain a prioritized Product Backlog that is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and shows what the team will work on next;
  • Effectively run backlog refinement/grooming sessions at regular intervals;
  • Ensure the usability, quality and delivery of a feature and the product as a whole;
  • Lead workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders to ensure clear definition of requirements;
  • Analyze and understand the needs and priorities to build a better product;
  • Drive continuous improvement into existing products.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record working with credit applications;
  • Solution-focused thinking, ability to make decisions;
  • Ability to think out of the box and drive innovation;
  • Experience in design thinking methodology and agile way of working in scrum (move fast and iterate);
  • Experience in guiding and realize change;
  • Analytically strong and make decisions based on data and facts;
  • You know how to manage various stakeholders and are organization sensitive;
  • You are curious, have a clear vision of your field and the ambition to continue to develop yourself professionally as well as personally;
  • Ambitious and comfortable to work with limited supervision;
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and to manage organizational and content complexity;
  • Proficiency in English;
  • Familiar with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
  • Education:Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred.
