I would like to face new opportunities in the roles of Team Leader/Manager, full-time Scrum Master or Product Owner. I love people, and I prefer people over numbers. I believe in True Leadership, where people are trusted and enpowered, I believe that people should use their strengths on a daily basis, and I believe that people can and should love their jobs.

I believe I have quite a high level of Emotional Intelligence, with a big sense of empathy. I like to listen more than I like to talk, and I just love when people are happy.

And I love doing all this while being part of some bit IT projects, delivering mind-blowing solutions to customers, thus making happy not just employees, but customer as well.

I have big experience working in international and multicultural teams, and would like to continue on this.
