Earlier career in regulated, mission-critical environments: Cochlear (medical devices), Hewlett Packard, the Australian Department of Human Services (federal government), Fonterra (food manufacturing) and Waikato DHB (healthcare). Multi-site retail programs across 80+ stores at T2 Tea and 60+ at Baby Bunting.

I have owned IT, business systems and customer service functions with permanent teams of 20 to 35+, managed IT budgets and vendor contracts, and reported directly to owners and executives on performance, risk and the decisions needing their approval.
