To identify problematic places in companies delivery (and not only) processes, come up with a best solution and implement it. That‘s what I am passionate about and that's a joy of my professional carrier and the main reason what drives me to go to work every morning.
I am proud of what I managed to achieve in my professional carrier during 10 years period, but being passionate and addicted to business change also limits carrier possibilities. To find such permanent position in a company is really not an easy task, that‘s why I have started a consulting company with a goal to help others with a transformation projects.
