Odoo Solution Engineer

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify and provide timely workarounds and solutions when possible, to meet customers business needs;

• Deliver content and training to customers on site;

• Evaluate client needs and create proposals based on defined needs;

• Work proactively with customers to identify issue patterns and drive continuous improvement of the technical solutions and integrations;

• Identifying, defining, and shaping needs among diverse stakeholders;

• Facilitate technical sales workshops;

• Manage and prioritize workload on a daily basis;
