I bring 24 years of IT experience spanning consulting, architecting and training for Microsoft technologies, including Lync/SfB, Azure, Exchange, SharePoint, SQL Server, Windows Server and Active Directory, Security, Management and Monitoring.

In the year 2000, I founded Gill Technologies and provided specialist advice and service to Microsoft and its partners (SIs, ISVs) in Microsoft Technologies.

Over the years, I spoke at various Microsoft events both locally and regionally such as TechEd, TechNet, MSDN, product launches and customer/partner initiatives. To show recognition for his efforts and commitment, Sarbjit has been presented with the MVP (Most Valuable Professional) award by Microsoft since 2005 for Microsoft Operations Manager, SharePoint Server and Microsoft Lync and SfB

Till March 2017, at HPE, I drive large enabling intelligent workplace and digital collaboration opportunities, helping enterprise customers in addressing their workplace, communication and collaboration requirements. I also drive growth with partners like Microsoft, strengthen GTM with HPE Enterprise Services, support large deal pursuit and enable HPE community to execute the growth plan in APJ for the Network and Mobility Services.

I am a experienced Microsoft professional with more than 24 years of cross-functional experience serving customer environments across a wide range of industries. Financial, Public Sector, Telecommunication, Media and Healthcare sectors.

I have had experience leading and working with culturally diverse international teams across US, Europe, Asia Pacific and ANZ regions delivering business outcomes for client organizations, from pre-sales to assessment workshops to delivery and service management.

As a trusted advisor, I help clients transform their business by utilizing technology solutions involving Microsoft technologies. I am great speaker to all levels of audience, from C levels to technical teams.
