Built ETL pipelines for (wholesale banking) to load critical customer & compliance data from FCRM and KYC into centralized data lakes, supporting real-time analytics and KPI tracking.

Designed a reusable DataStage framework (pull flags, logging tables, status indicators, controls) for automated monitoring, reliability and proactive issue resolution.

Developed scalable workflows for retail projects, integrating store operations, customer behaviour & sales data to drive KPIs like footfall, basket size, and POS efficiency.

Automated and optimised ETL jobs (using tasks, sequencers, SQL scripts, stored procedures) to reduce processing time and improve performance.

Built pipelines for structured (RDBMS/Data Lake) and semi-structured (CSV, Excel, JSON) data sources, ensuring seamless ingestion and transformation.

Worked closely with Product Owners, BAs, SMEs, Architects & engineering teams to ensure accurate reporting and maintain clear documentation.
