Personal Statement
I have more than 20 years work experience in IT area and I have strong management and technical background working as IT Hardware and Software account/sales executive, systems and Infrastructure administration and deployment, IT department management.
As IT operations and infrastructure manager I was managing people, provided IT systems administration, worked with vendors and sub-contractors, controlled and managed budget and procurement. All of these activities were successful and company problems were solved. I was always taking a key role of decision making in all IT related projects.
I have strong understanding and experience in IT infrastructure, network management, very good understanding of ERP (Navision), Invoicing and Document and Process Management systems.
As Account executive, I developed very good experience in dealing with customers, understanding their needs, communicating customer requirement to analysts, development, QA and Support teams. Being Customer agent at the company and having good communication skils, I used to work as front line Support as well as helping Support team to provide second line Support to my biggest customers (Nokia, JP Morgan Bank, UBS, Deutche Post, etc.)
I am client oriented team player, as I believe that professional team can provide best of breed products and Customer Support for their clients.
I am fluent in spoken and written Lithuanian and English languages, fluent in speaking Russiang and good in written.
