Senior QA Engineer / Test Automation Engineer | Baltic States (remote)

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance consultant to lead all QA efforts for a core platform delinquency team operating in a banking environment. The role combines thorough manual testing with building and maintaining test automation in Java using Selenium / Selenide. You will establish robust testing practices for highly complex systems, ensuring reliable delivery and continuous quality improvement across the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute comprehensive manual tests across new and existing functionality.
• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based test automation frameworks leveraging Selenium/Selenide.
• Own the full quality assurance lifecycle: test planning, execution, reporting, and defect tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering and product stakeholders to align on quality goals and release timelines.
• Champion QA best practices and foster a culture of quality within the team.

Must-Have Requirements:

• Demonstrated background testing complex systems in demanding business contexts.
• Proficiency in Java for building test automation solutions.
• Deep knowledge of Selenium / Selenide frameworks.
• Ability to manage QA activities independently and proactively.
• Solid experience in manual testing and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
