I've been PHP developer more than 10 years, then was a head of cloud Infrastructure of SaaS based software, working in agile (scrum) environment.

Later I joined early stage Danish startup, as CTO, where I have hired a team of five engineers (new dev department in Vilnius branch)

Then I have joined Vinted as Engineering Team Lead. I have grown three teams there and participated in their split.

Currently I focus on engineering leadership and am more manager than developer, although I have strong engineering background.
