Junion junior front-end develoooooper

I used to be a freelance web designer and am fluent in .psd and .ai, I also have a good understanding of CSS and HTML. But I'm currently working as a website manager. But I'd really like to pursue a career in web development. To be more exact, someday I would like to become a front-end developer. At the moment I’m trying to learn JavaScript. Learning is going a bit slower than expected, because I have a full time job, which takes a lot of energy, but I’m determined to become a web developer and I will get there (sooner or later ha ha.. ).

I’m trying to find a local job as a junior junior web developer and learn from my colleagues or a small part time job in the evenings so I could evolve to a real web developer faster.
