Senior iOS Software Engineer

Senior iOS Software Engineer is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of iOS Native software applications using Swift, SwiftUI and Objective-C. Senior Software Engineer will be involved in all aspects of the software development life cycle, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. Strong technical skills and experience with Xcode are essential for this role. Good knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle, automated testing and DevOps stack are also important. Engineer will also have to collaborate with other team members, including other software engineers, product managers, business analyst and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Participating in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and retrospectives.

Collaborating with other team members to gather and understand requirements for new features and enhancements.

Developing and maintaining iOS Native mobile applications using Swift, SwiftUI, Objective-C and Xcode.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services.

Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.

Experience with performance and memory tuning with tools. Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines.

Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.

Writing unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality and maintainability.

Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as GIT.

Participating in code reviews and providing feedback to other team members.

Troubleshooting and debugging issues.

Continuously improving the software development process and practices.

Communicating with stakeholders and other team members to ensure project goals are met.

Keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to improve the software and the development process.

Requirements:

Solid experience in working with: Swift, SwiftUI, Objectice-C, Xcode

Nice to have: Core Data, Core Animation, Azure, AWS, automated testing experience

The salary range for this position is from 4.485 to 5.950 EURO gross before taxes.*
