Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in MuleSoft Integration and a strong background in Procure to Pay-Account Payable and Order to Cash Order Management domains. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive technical solutions and ensure seamless integration processes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of MuleSoft Integration solutions to meet business requirements;
- Oversee the development and deployment of integration workflows and APIs using MuleSoft;
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team to ensure best practices are followed;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for Procure to Pay-Account Payable and Order to Cash Order Management processes;
- Ensure the integration solutions are scalable secure and maintainable;
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality;
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to MuleSoft integrations in a timely manner;
- Develop and maintain documentation for integration processes and technical specifications;
- Monitor and optimize the performance of integration solutions to ensure high availability and reliability;
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in MuleSoft and integration technologies;
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of integration solutions with business objectives;
- Provide training and support to end-users and other team members on integration solutions;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration processes and methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field;
- Have at least 10 years of experience in software development with a focus on integration solutions;
- Demonstrate extensive experience with MuleSoft Integration and API development;
- Show strong knowledge of Procure to Pay-Account Payable and Order to Cash Order Management domains;
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues;
- Have strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams;
- Be proficient in developing and maintaining technical documentation;
- Demonstrate the ability to lead and mentor a team of developers;
- Show a proactive approach to staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies;
- Have experience with hybrid work models and the ability to manage tasks both remotely and on-site;
- Be detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality integration solutions;
- Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively;
- Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Certifications Required:
- MuleSoft Certified Developer MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect

The competitive compensation package consists of a base salary from 3300 EUR gross/monthly to 4200 EUR gross/monthly and an annual bonus, and monetary recognition. Please note that the offer for the final candidate will depend on the experience and competencies of the candidate for the required job.
