Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior .NET Developer / Technical Lead to join our team and spearhead the design, development, and deployment of a cutting-edge self-service platform for our client in the accounting and consulting domain. The platform will enable users to seamlessly manage their accounting needs, including tools for ordering, tracking, and overseeing accounting services. The project will leverage automation and AI-driven models to enhance workflows and service delivery, providing an efficient and user-friendly experience for clients.

As a Senior .NET Developer / Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the technical team, ensuring the success of the platform’s development, and ensuring that cloud-based solutions meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You will play a pivotal role in defining the architecture and driving technical decisions for the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of a self-service accounting platform.
• Drive the architecture and implementation of cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine project requirements.
• Guide and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best practices in coding, development processes, and design patterns.
• Apply automation and AI models to improve efficiency and streamline service delivery.
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of cloud-based applications.
• Continuously evaluate new technologies and integrate innovative solutions where appropriate.
• Provide technical leadership, ensuring that the development process follows best practices in .NET development.

Must-Have Requirements:

• Proven experience leading technical teams in the design, development, and deployment of .NET applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Extensive experience with the .NET framework, including .NET Core/.NET Framework, C#, and Azure services such as App Service, Azure Functions, and Azure SQL Database.
• In-depth knowledge of Azure architecture, design patterns, and best practices for cloud-native applications.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to guide and inspire a team of developers.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
