Freelance Mid-Level .NET Developer

Behalf of our client, we are looking for a talented .NET Developer to join a project in the public sector.

About the role:

This exciting project is focused on consolidating access to public and administrative services into a unified platform. The platform aims to simplify service discovery and usage for citizens and foreigners alike, providing a modern, user-friendly interface with advanced search capabilities and personalized notifications.

As a .NET Developer, you will play a crucial role in building innovative and intelligent solutions that enhance accessibility and improve the overall user experience. Your contributions will directly impact the usability of both mobile and web applications, helping citizens and visitors access vital public services more efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain .NET-based applications for the public services platform.
• Work with relational databases to design, implement, and optimize queries.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to enhance platform functionality.
• Ensure the platform is user-friendly, accessible, and optimized for both mobile and web users.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure smooth implementation of features and improvements.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with .NET frameworks and related technologies.
• Strong database skills, with the ability to write efficient queries and work with relational databases.
• Practical experience in creating, developing, and utilizing RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in Lithuanian (mandatory).
