Personal Statement

I am an aspiring Project Manager with over 9 years of total experience, including 3 years in delivering IT solutions for the Australian Government. I am passionate about transport, urban planning, and manufacturing domains. Improving people's lives and and creatively solving complex problems is what motivates me every day. In my career I have:

• Successfully delivered 3 IT systems at the Australian Department of Infrastructure, including an award-winning aviation application
• Successfully initiated and implemented significant business process improvements at Australia's airports regulator on SharePoint 365 platform
• Attained Business Analysis certification, and deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum, BABOK, BPMN, UML, and User Experience Design
• Project managed and successfully delivered an international exhibition
• Helped the Australian Government plan, deliver, and regulate transport infrastructure in major cities and regionally
• Led and managed 80+ political activists to progress changes in Belarus
