I am a creative and hard-working IT Project Manager with 3+ years of working experience. During my career, I have attained a number of management skills and techniques. I highly assess the overall motivation and responsibility of the team members as that is one of the most important factors in work. I got an extensive knowledge of management methodologies and strategies.

My working techniques are based on Agile methodology. I use both Kanban and Scrum work frames for initiating, planning, and implementation of diverse projects.
