Sr. FullStack JavaScript Engineer

Hiring Sr. FullStack JavaScript Engineer for our client-multinational information technology consulting and outsourcing company Cognizant Technology Solutions Lithuania.

We are seeking a Senior FullStack JavaScript Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join a dynamic team. You will join a skilled team of engineers building a unique product for financial data reporting. Green field project with a mixed tech stack and microservice architecture.'

The position is based in Vilnius and is offering a hybrid work opportunity.

Responsibilities

·         Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using JavaScript, Typescript, React, Redux and Redux saga, PostgreSQL and working with Node JS occasionally.

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.

·         Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.

·         Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

·         Help maintain code quality organization and automation.

·         Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

·         Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.

·         Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.

·         Work closely with product management to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

·         Implement security and data protection measures.

·         Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

·         Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

·         Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.

Qualifications

·         You should have an exceptionally strong understanding in JavaScript (structures, performance, etc.) – JavaScript hardcodes.

·         Possess strong technical skills in React + Redux, NodeJS, Typescript, Redux Saga, PostgreSQL.

·         Experience working with large scale cloud-based applications (Azure).

·         Having experience in product management and industry essential is a plus.

·         Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

·         Exhibit strong communication skills in English both written and spoken.

·         Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

·         Have a proactive attitude and a passion for continuous learning.

The salary range for this position is from 4125 EUR – 6875 EUR gross before taxes.*
