Senior Power BI Data Analyst (Retail Credit Risk & Monitoring; B2B contract)

We are looking for a Senior Power BI Data Analyst to support the Retail Credit Risk & Monitoring team within the Cash Loans value stream.

Following the implementation of a new system, the Retail Lending team now has access to high-quality data that enables data-driven decision-making and the identification of process improvement opportunities. However, there is currently a gap in Power BI expertise required to transform this data into meaningful, actionable insights through effective dashboards and reporting solutions.

This is a short-term engagement for an experienced specialist who can quickly bring structure to the available data and deliver high-quality reporting solutions.

Start Date: ASAP

Contract End Date: 14 August 2026

Seniority

Senior level (7–10 years of experience), with strong consulting and stakeholder management capabilities, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Required Skills

• Experience working within the banking sector.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI, including designing and developing sophisticated dashboards and reports that support informed decision-making.
• Proven experience transforming and structuring cloud-based data into consolidated reporting tables.
• Practical experience working with AWS-based data sources and building reports that automatically synchronize with underlying datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience within the Credit Risk domain.

• Candidates based in the Baltics are preferred.

Rate

• €40–45/hour.
