Senior Test Manager for CRM project | Contract

Test Manager (senior profile) with excellent coordination and reporting skills and with proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM testing and release coordination, particularly in hybrid environments combining out-of-the-box (OOTB) and customized functionalities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep expertise and stakeholder management skills. Further qualifications:

• Test lifecycle management (planning and follow-up).
• Test matrix and coverage across squads.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Test criteria and outcome of UAT.

As the Test Manager for Danske Bank’s CRM Dynamics 365, you will also serve as the primary liaison with our vendor Test Manager.

Experience level:

• Experience with large projects, carried out assignments/projects with high quality. Takes primary responsibility for the management of a larger group with the ability to lead and develop.

CRM System Testing Experience:

• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Proficient in validating both OOTB features and custom configurations/extensions.

Test Strategy and Planning:

• Skilled in defining end-to-end test strategies for complex, multi-component systems.
• Experience across unit, system, integration, regression, UAT, performance testing, Operational Acceptance Testing, Security/Penetration Testing.

Test Automation Understanding:

• Familiarity with automation tools/frameworks such as:
• Functional testing: UI – Playwright, Cypress + API - Playwright, RestAssured (For Java projects), Cypress.
• Non-functional Testing: K6 -Performance, Load, Stress testing & Playwright + Artillery - Performance testing.
• Ability to assess where and how automation adds value to the testing process.

Release Coordination:

• Experience managing release cycles, including coordination across development, QA, and operations teams.
• Familiarity with hybrid deployment models and change management processes.

Vendor and Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Proven ability to collaborate with third-party vendors, internal business units, and IT/development teams.
• Agile/Hybrid Project Methodology Knowledge.
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
• Adaptable test planning based on project methodology.

Defect & Test Management Tools Expertise:

• Proficient in tools such as JIRA, TestRail, HP ALM, or similar platforms.

Work location: Vilnius, Lithuania, at least 3 days per week / up to two days remote.
