We are seeking a Senior Application Administrator to support and maintain customer-facing banking applications such as internet banking, mobile apps, and middleware. The role focuses on ensuring availability, resolving incidents, monitoring system health, and coordinating upgrades and deployments across Pan-Baltic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the stability and performance of digital banking channels.
- Monitor applications, logs, and integrations to prevent issues.
- Investigate and resolve incidents; support change and release activities.
- Collaborate with DevOps, infrastructure, and security teams.
- Contribute to automation, root cause analysis, and continuous improvements.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years in application support or IT operations (financial sector preferred).
- Skills in Java/Spring Boot, Jenkins, Git.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, message queues, and databases (Oracle/SQL).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Grafana, ELK, NewRelic).
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and on-call readiness.
- Fluent English; strong problem-solving and communication skills.
